About the role
Moores is a values-driven law firm known for practical, proactive and commercially astute advice. Our workplace relations practice continues to grow, and we are looking for a talented Senior Associate or Special Counsel who is ready to take the next step in a high-performing, collegiate and purpose-led team.
This is a senior role with genuine scope to lead, shape strategy and build trusted client relationships. You will work closely with senior clients on complex and sensitive workplace issues and contribute to outcomes that matter for organisations making a genuine difference in the community.
About the Role
Working closely with our award-winning Practice Leader, Skye Rose, you will advise on a broad range of employment, workplace relations and safety matters for a diverse client base, with a strong focus on education, housing, disability, health, community services and the not-for-profit sector.

About You
You are an experienced workplace relations lawyer, likely with at least 5 years’ post admission experience, who enjoys complex, meaningful work and wants more than technical excellence alone. You want to own client relationships, influence strategy, mentor others and build a career in a firm where values and commerciality sit comfortably together.
