The Position:

We are looking to expand our Drilling team and are seeking experienced Drillers for our existing projects in the Pilbara. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate and undertake tasks relevant to Reverse Circulation method of drilling.

• Demonstrate leadership & ensure the safety of employees and site visitors.

• Provide knowledge, training and correct task allocation to your crew members

• Conduct inspections (safety & operation) and basic maintenance of drilling rigs, drill equipment and support vehicles.

• Identify and report non-conformance and or the need for improvement.

• Provide regular and concise reports on all daily activities, both written and oral.

• Liaise with employees and client representatives in a professional manner.

• Work is typically based on a 14:7 roster, there is both Dayshift/Nightshift and day shift only options. Alternative roster options may be available for right candidate 

The Candidate:

• Experience on RC equipment

• Cert III in Drilling Operations (Air/RC)

• HR-A driver’s licence (or higher)

• Able to work nightshift if required

• National Police Clearance (less than 3 months old) or be able to pass

• Be physically fit and healthy (pass detailed pre-employment tests including DAS)

• Be prepared to work in a variety of environments and be team and safety focused
