About the role

As a result of growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our thriving and innovative Commercial Disputes team.

The team services a broad mix of clients including large corporates, SMEs, high net worth individuals, insolvency practitioners, local councils and government. We are looking for lawyers who have the drive and capacity to succeed in a busy and high-performing practice.

About you

Our ideal candidates possess:

• 5+ years of post-admission experience in general commercial disputes and insolvency matters
• Detailed knowledge of court practice and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise, mentor and delegate work to junior lawyers and support team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, contribute to practice growth and support business development initiatives
• A collaborative approach and ability to manage competing priorities 
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
