Our Opportunity

The Salesforce Administrator partners with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver effective, user-focused solutions that support business objectives. Responsible for platform configuration, testing, release management and user support, the role drives the ongoing optimisation of Salesforce by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation and improve the overall user experience.

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline.
• Salesforce Admin (essential) and Developer Certifications (preferable)
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience driving business process improvements using Agile, SDLC and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience designing, developing and implementing Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including configuration, data integration, scripting and custom coding.
