At Jenny's Early Learning Centre, we're looking for an exceptional Centre Director to lead one of our beautiful Ballarat services.

This isn't just another Centre Director role.

As Centre Director, you'll have the autonomy to lead your service while being supported by an experienced Regional Support Manager and an incredible network of leaders who are committed to seeing you succeed.

The Position:

As Centre Director you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of passionate educators

• Build a positive, engaging and supportive workplace culture

• Develop strong relationships with children, families and the wider community

• Guide and mentor educators to reach their full potential

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework while striving for continuous improvement

• Drive occupancy through exceptional family experiences and community engagement

• Work collaboratively with your Regional Support Manager to achieve service goals and celebrate success

About You:

We're looking for someone who brings both passion and leadership.

You'll have:

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Previous experience as a Centre Director or a highly capable Assistant Director ready for the next step

• Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and EYLF

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and inspire others

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

• A genuine passion for developing people and creating positive team cultures

• Current Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
