Customer Service Representative

Central Security is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Balcatta branch team for a 6 month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys a strong working team environment.

Responsibilities 

This is a frontline role that directly impacts the customer experience and involves a variety of tasks, including:

• Processing sales orders (via emailed purchase orders, counter and phone)

• Serving customers at the Trade Counter and via phone/email

• Responding to product, pricing, order, and account enquiries

• Preparing accurate quotes based on customer needs

• Coordinating with operations, purchasing, and accounts teams

• Managing returns, backorders, and stock requests

About You

We value positivity, a willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset. While experience in a similiar role or industry is beneficial, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will have:
