Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring operational efficiency in our clinic.

Your leadership will be crucial in managing clinical operations, fostering a supportive team culture, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of approximately 10 nurses
• Manage daily nursing operations within a busy GP clinic
• Oversee Chronic Disease Management programs and care plans
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and clinical governance
• Implement infection control, risk management, and patient safety protocols
• Contribute to workforce planning, rostering, and nursing team development

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will be a proactive and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and team development. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the skills necessary to influence positive patient outcomes.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR Certification and COVID-19 Vaccination status
• Previous experience in a senior nursing or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Chronic Disease Management and primary healthcare
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of clinical governance and quality standards

Salary & Benefits
