TAX & BUSINESS SERVICES MANAGER – BRISBANE – PUBLIC PRACTICE - FLEXIBLE OFFICE LOCATIONS (Job Id 886)

We are partnering with a well-established professional services firm with a strong presence across Queensland and Northern New South Wales. The firm provides a comprehensive suite of audit, tax, accounting and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including privately-owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals and listed companies.

The Role: 

• Prepare and review accounts, BAS, tax returns and financial statements for trusts, companies, partnerships and individuals 

• Provide taxation advice and support across various client structures 

• Monitor client management reports and identify business improvement opportunities 

• Mentor and guide junior team members while managing your own workload 

• Travel to regional clients and community events to strengthen relationships and deliver advisory services 

• Work with Xero, MYOB, & Reckon to maintain and produce financial reports 

About You: 

• 4–6 years’ accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public practice 

• CA or CPA qualified 

• Strong technical accounting and taxation skills 

• Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior staff 

• Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset
