Remote Travel Specialist

Position Summary

The Remote Travel Specialist works with clients to help coordinate and organize their travel plans from the initial planning stages through booking and follow-up. This position combines customer service, travel coordination, and attention to detail to help ensure clients have an organized and positive planning experience.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with selecting and coordinating travel arrangementsProvide information and support regarding accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerariesCommunicate with clients through phone, email, and digital messagingReview reservations and travel details to ensure information is accurateCoordinate with travel suppliers and partners regarding client arrangementsKeep client information, booking details, and travel documentation organized

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple client requests and deadlinesComfortable learning and using online booking systems and digital toolsReliable, self-directed, and able to work effectively in a remote environmentPrevious experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is helpful
