Service Advisor

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Service Advisor to join our vibrant and busy Service Department in Maddington.

As the primary contact between our customers and workshop, you will coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs while ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient and positive dealership experience.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and assisting customers with their servicing requirements

• Managing service enquiries and bookings

• Preparing repair orders and accurate service estimates

• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

• Organising courtesy vehicles where required

• Estimating the time and cost involved in completing repairs

• Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure work is completed within the allocated timeframe

• Obtaining customer approval for additional repairs

• Handling customer enquiries and concerns professionally

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Promoting dealership services and generating additional service business

• Providing general administrative support to the Service Department

• Supporting other departments when required

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry

• A sound understanding of vehicle mechanics

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• The ability to multitask and perform effectively in a busy environment

• A professional and courteous approach when working with customers and workshop technicians

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems

• Excellent attention to detail

• A friendly, outgoing personality and strong work ethic

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
