Cosmax Prestige Brands is Australia’s leading independent importer and distributor of prestige fragrances, skincare, and cosmetics. Over the past two decades Cosmax has built an international reputation for growing successful fragrance and cosmetic brands and products throughout the Australian domestic retail markets. 

We are thrilled to be opening a brand new luxury Hermes Counter at the Sydney Domestic Airport (Terminal 3) and are seeking an exceptional Fragrance Ambassador to be the face of the Hermes brand.

The role:

Within your role as Hermes Fragrance Ambassador for Cosmax, you will share your expertise with our customers and inspire them with product knowledge, rituals and recommendations for the perfect fragrance and beauty ensemble. Through sharing your knowledge and passion, you will develop an exclusive client list of discerning Hermes customers.

You will be responsible for the overall performance and operation of the counter, maintaining it to an exceptional standard, ensuring stock levels are maintained and displays are to brand guidelines.

This permanent role is 36 hours per week across key trading hours, including some late nights and weekends. You will also need to be able to be flexible to support events and promotions from time to time. As the counter develops, there may be an opportunity to vary your hours and potentially build a team to support you.

As part of this role you will also develop strong relationships with the Brand Regional team and our Account and Area Managers. You will also be required to provide regular detailed sales reports to Head Office.

Essential position prerequisites:

• Experience as a Counter or Boutique Manager, or as a Fragrance Ambassador in a standalone position.
• Expertise in retail Fragrance sales.
• Proven Beauty experience in retail (Makeup or Skincare)
• Makeup artistry skillset
• Impeccable presentation and grooming
• Available to work 36 hours per week across key trading hours including late night and weekends as well as promotions and events
• Positive, motivated and absolutely passionate about Beauty and Fragrance
• Sales orientated with experience in business plan priorities
• Client focussed with an understanding that this location requires efficient service and selling techniques.
• Willingness to attend all Training
• Multi-lingual is an advantage
