What's the role?

We are seeking a clinically qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist / PET Technologist to join our Westmead team on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday across daytime clinic hours.

This Opportunity Would Suit Either

an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist looking to expand their PET capability, ora new graduate who already holds Diagnostic CT licensing and is looking to build their career within a supportive team environment.

PET training can be provided for the successful candidate if required.

Please note: this role requires applicants to hold clinical Nuclear Medicine qualifications and AHPRA registration permitting practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Scientist within Australia.

Key Responsibilities Include

Performing high-quality Nuclear Medicine and PET proceduresDelivering compassionate and patient-centred careMaintaining patient safety, confidentiality, and radiation safety standardsInterpreting examination requests and performing procedures in accordance with legislation and departmental protocolsContributing to continuous improvement and ongoing professional development
