About the Role

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our Byron Bay-based marketing team to support content creation, social media engagement, influencer outreach, and digital campaign execution. This is a hands-on role ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain industry experience in travel and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Coordination & Management:

• Liaise with staff to collect content (photos/videos) from tours and experiences
• Track and ensure timely content submissions
• Filter and organise content on Google Drive and Dropbox

Social Media & Engagement:

• Research trending sounds, hashtags, and formats for Reels and TikToks
• Draft content ideas for upcoming campaigns and events
• Assist with post scheduling and community engagement

Campaign Support:

• Help build content calendars and brainstorm campaign concepts
• Source imagery and UGC for newsletters and landing pages

Influencer & Brand Collaboration:

• Research influencers and potential brand partners
• Track influencer deliverables and content post-collab
• Organise influencer content for reuse

Blog & Website Support:

• Suggest and research topics for travel blogs
• Assist with formatting/editing blog posts
• Resize and source imagery for blogs and web pages
