About the role
We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive and relationship‑focused Youth Support Coordinator who is passionate about helping young people thrive.
In this role, you’ll build strong connections with vulnerable and disengaged students, provide individual case management and group support, and link young people with the services they need to overcome barriers to learning. You’ll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, using your communication skills, empathy, resilience and sound judgement to make a genuine difference in students’ wellbeing, engagement and future pathways. Most importantly, you’ll believe in the potential of every young person and be committed to helping them succeed.
This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.70FTE), 50.50 hours per fortnight.

In this role, you'll work collaboratively with students, families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning, provide individual and group support, and help young people re‑engage with education and training. You'll also benefit from ongoing professional learning, mentoring, and opportunities to contribute to innovative wellbeing initiatives while building strong partnerships across the community. Most importantly, you'll make a genuine difference in the lives of young people every day.
