About the role
TLC is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator with a HR licence to join our team in Osborne Park, Western Australia on a full-time basis. This night-shift role is crucial in supporting our poultry logistics operations. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials on farms.
What you'll be doing
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move goods and materials in a safe and efficient manner
Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Perform routine checks and maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure optimal performance
Maintain accurate records of all movements and activities
Work collaboratively with the catch team to meet operational deadlines
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Forklift licence (either Counterbalance or Reach Truck) and demonstrated experience in a similar role
Medium - heavy rigid licence
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
Willingness to work night shifts
