Caravan Sales Representative

About the role

Outbound RVs is a boutique caravan dealership in Campbellfield, selling made-to-order new caravans, display stock, and a curated range of quality preloved vans. We're looking for a full-time salesperson who can start immediately, presents well, and holds themselves to a high professional standard.

Key responsibilities

• Managing walk-in, phone, and online enquiries from first contact through to signed contract and delivery

• Nurturing leads through our CRM (ActiveCampaign) pipeline, from first enquiry through to close, keeping records accurate and up to date

• Selling new made-to-order caravans, display stock, and preloved units

• Building rapport with customers and guiding them confidently to a decision

• Representing Outbound RVs at caravan and camping shows across metro and regional Victoria (some travel required)

• Keeping on top of stock knowledge, pricing, industry trends, and types of vehicles

About you

• A proven closer: someone who can read a customer and confidently ask for the sale

• Previous sales experience essential (caravans, cars, marine, or big-ticket retail all considered)

• Well presented, articulate, and professional in manner and appearance

• A track record of stability and follow-through in previous roles

• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously in a small team

• High standards of professional conduct with customers

• Available for an immediate start

• Willing to travel to shows and events, including some weekend work

• Current driver's licence

• Comfortable using a CRM to log and follow up leads (we use ActiveCampaign, full training provided)
