2026 - 2027 NAB Summer Intern Program

Our Summer Intern Program is an 8-week paid experience designed to support you early in your career. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a business area of your choice, while building future skills through structured learning and development. It’s your chance to see what it’s like to work at one of Australia’s largest financial institutions.

We’re recruiting for our 2026–2027 Summer Intern Program. Alongside real work experience, you’ll take part in networking, career coaching and a personalised action plan to help you understand your strengths and career goals.

At the end of the program, you’ll get the opportunity to be considered for an early offer into the 2028 Graduate Program.

• Attend structured learning and development workshops
• Work alongside leaders on real projects and day-to-day activities

Program dates

23 November 2026 – 29 January 2027
Includes a two-week unpaid break over the festive period.

Eligibility

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
• Be in your second-last year of study (undergraduate or postgraduate)
• Be graduating by December 2027
• Be available for full-time employment from 23 November 2026 to 29 January 2027
