About the role

We are seeking Telehealth Doctors /Nurse Practitioners, to join a new Telehealth platform CLINORAA on a casual basis. We are planning to launch in next few weeks.This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality healthcare services remotely to patients across Australia whilst maintaining the flexibility of casual work. As a Telehealth Doctor, you will provide consultations, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations through our secure digital platform, ensuring patients receive accessible and timely medical care from the comfort of their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting patient consultations via secure video conferencing and telehealth platforms

• Assessing patient symptoms, medical history, and current health status through remote consultation

• Providing accurate diagnoses and developing appropriate treatment plans for patients

• Prescribing medications and issuing electronic prescriptions as clinically appropriate

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Providing clear health advice and patient education during telehealth consultations

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals when specialist referrals or additional care is required

• Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, including the Privacy Act and telehealth best practice standards

• Managing time efficiently to deliver care within scheduled consultation slots

What we're looking for

• Current registration with the Australian Medical Board as a General Practitioner

• Valid Australian medical degree or recognised overseas qualification with appropriate registration

• Proven experience in general practice or primary healthcare settings

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients remotely

• Proficiency in using digital health platforms and electronic medical records systems

• Knowledge of telehealth best practices and remote consultation protocols

• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to manage complex cases appropriately in a remote setting

• Understanding of Australian healthcare regulations, prescribing requirements, and privacy obligations

• Professional attitude with a commitment to patient safety and quality care

• Flexibility and reliability in meeting casual shift .
