Call Centre Consultant

About the role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll support customers across a range of well-known automotive and mobility brands. This is a fast-paced role where you'll help thousands of Australians every day when things don't go to plan. Whether it's a vehicle breakdown, roadside emergency, collision, or mobility issue, you'll provide support, reassurance, and practical solutions when customers need them most.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns and roadside incidents
• Coordinate roadside assistance and recovery services
• Support customers following vehicle collisions
• Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic customer service
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Solve problems and deliver positive customer outcomes

About you

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient computer literacy and navigating multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and outside standard business hours
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, emergency services, or other customer facing environments will be highly regarded
