We’re looking for an organised, creative Salon Coordinator to join our team at Trendz Studio. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, keep the salon running smoothly, and help capture content for our social media.

About Us

Trendz Studio is one of the Gold Coast’s leading salons, specialising in blondes, balayage, nanoplasty and invisible weft extensions. We pride ourselves on creating a luxury client experience and sharing our expertise through social media.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting clients, ensuring 5-star service

• Managing salon bookings and schedules

• Coordinating with stylists to ensure smooth daily operations

• Supporting salon management with admin tasks

• Taking before & after photos of clients for social media

• Assisting with stock control, retail sales, and promotions

• Posting and coordinating social media content

• Ensuring the salon always looks professional, clean, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills

• Experience in reception, admin, or customer service (ex-hairdresser preferred)

• Social media knowledge and content creation skills

• Comfortable taking client photos and helping create engaging posts

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to work the following hours:

  • Wed: 8am–8pm

  • Thu: 8am–8pm

  • Fri: 8am–6pm

  • Sat: 8am–4pm

• Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays off every week
