We currently have a great leadership opportunity for a driven Branch Manager to drive performance for our Kojonup branch.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the General Manager of our Southern Division, the focus of your role will be to develop strong customer relationships with local rural producers to drive sales for a broad range of agricultural products and services. In addition, you will be responsible for:

Providing leadership to branch employees whilst driving branch performance and the achievement of financial targets.Mentoring the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to our clients both in store and on farm: predominately cropping and livestock customers.Oversight of supply chain activities for the branch to ensure products are being delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPI’s.Management of safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest of standards.

What You'll Bring:

You will demonstrate strong sales and business acumen with a proven track record in sales of agricultural products and will have a background in rural merchandise. In addition, you will be:

Self-motivated and driven to implement improvements in all areas of store operations.Demonstrated business acumenAdept at developing solid long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders.Skilled in identifying opportunities to develop new business.Previous experience with agriculture highly regardedA clean and current drivers’ licence is essential for the role.Forklift and truck licence are advantageous but not essential.
