• Location - Working across Arcare Mount Waverley & Arcare Ringwood
• Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
• Valid AHPRA registration

About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of Clinical Funding Officer to assist in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding.

Reporting to the National Funding Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

• Identify opportunities for ANACC uplift and ensuring accuracy and best practice at all times
• Funding appraisal and review management
• Complete resident care assessments and care planning for new residents
• Liaison with residents to complete assessments and care plans reflective of care needs. Providing advice to clinical teams and resident management regarding resident care assessments and care planning.
• Provide support at residences for external AN-ACC assessment visits.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated high level of clinical assessment skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• A current AHPRA registration
• Ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-maintained documentation
• Strong understanding of care planning and evaluation
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
