Senior Lawyer: Corporate / Commercial

About the role:

You will work closely with the Principal and take carriage of a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

The work will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
• Advising on business sales, acquisitions and transactional matters
• Providing corporate advisory and governance advice
• Working across broader commercial and business advisory matters
• Assisting with contested commercial matters as they arise
• Managing client relationships and taking day-to-day carriage of files

The ideal candidate:

• 6-12 years of PAE in corporate and commercial law
• Strong experience across commercial contracts, transactions and advisory work
• Confidence managing matters with autonomy
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
• A practical, commercial and relationship-led approach
