About us
Wintringham is a specialised non-religious not-for-profit welfare organisation. We are committed to providing older people who are at risk or have experienced homelessness with a range of high-quality care, housing and services. We employ more than 1,000 staff across Victoria and Tasmania
Your new role
The Care Partner - Home Support is responsible for delivering and coordinating person-centered care management and service coordination that supports older people to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life while living in the community. These services are federally funded through the Support at Home program. Reporting to the Senior Care Partner this is a full-time (1 FTE) or part-time (0.8 FTE) permanent role, located in Bendigo with occasional travel to Ballarat.
