About the Role

You'll be part of our complex support team, ensuring participants are cared for and kicking goals! No two days are the same, but will include:

• Personal care

• Medication and health related supports

• Daily routines and community access

• Managing complex behaviours with positive behaviour support strategies and restrictive practices

• Trauma informed care

• Manual handling

• Shifts available 7 days a week, including opportunities for sleepovers and weekends.

Who We're Looking For

• You'll be a great fit if you are:

  • Seeking casual employment, with part time opportunities down the track.

  • Confident with (or willing to learn) complex support.

  • Available at least 4 full days per week, some weekends and overnights.

  • Friendly, grounded, and values-driven.

  • A team player who is reliable and communicates well.

You’ll need:

• NSW Working With Children Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• HLTAID011 First Aid & CPR

• Driver’s licence and your own insured vehicle

• Willingness to complete our induction program including online and f2f training.
