Position Title: Qualified Panel Beater

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $95,000 -105,000  AUD per annum (approx. ₹50 Lakhs INR) + 12% Superannuation + Overtime

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy auto body repair team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural body repairs, frame alignment, and panel restoration on modern passenger and commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle collision damage and inspect structural integrity.
  

• Straighten, repair, and replace damaged body panels, sub-frames, and chassis using hydraulic pulling and electronic measuring systems.
  

• Perform plastic repairs, panel fabrication, metal finishing, and welding (MIG/TIG/Spot).
  

• Ensure all repairs meet Australian safety, insurance, and manufacturer standards.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a qualified Panel Beater.
  

• Qualifications: Relevant Trade Qualification / Certificate in Automotive Body Repair.
  

• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume workshop environment.
