Canberra | NV1+ | Permanent & Contract OpportunitiesCore Defence Australia (CDA) is seeking experienced Defence Commercial Managers and Commercial Specialists for current and upcoming opportunities supporting complex Defence acquisition, sustainment and capability programs.
We are looking for commercial professionals with demonstrated experience within the Department of Defence, Defence industry or Defence consulting environments.
This opportunity is suited to experienced Defence commercial practitioners rather than general corporate procurement or construction contract management professionals.

What we're looking forYou will have:Demonstrated commercial, procurement or contract management experience within Defence or Defence industryStrong understanding of Australian Government procurement and contracting environmentsExperience supporting complex Defence projects, programs, acquisition or sustainment activitiesAbility to provide practical commercial advice and manage commercial activities with limited supervisionAustralian citizenshipA current Australian Government security clearance, preferably NV1 or higher

Experience may be across Maritime, Land, Air, Joint, ICT or other Defence domains. We are interested in experienced practitioners across multiple levels and are not restricting this search to one particular program or domain.
