SEM Windows Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer and installer of high-quality aluminium windows and doors, supplying both residential and commercial projects across Australia. With continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Aluminium Windows Fabricator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate aluminium windows, doors, and façades to technical drawings and specifications

• Operate machinery, hand tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently

• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish aluminium frames with precision

• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards

• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with Australian Standards

• Assist with continuous improvement in workshop processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in aluminium window/door fabrication (minimum 3 years)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Familiarity with fabrication tools, CNC machines, and assembly processes

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with good communication skills
