SDN Beranga – Rooty Hill We are currently looking for Certificate III and Diploma qualified Casual Educators with experience in Childcare to join our casual pool. LocationSDN Beranga is a unique, autism specific preschool space with a ratio of one educator for every three children. Our classrooms and outdoor spaces are intentionally designed to cater for the individual needs of children.  The SDN Beranga team is passionate and committed to providing and promoting inclusive practices across the Early Childhood Education and Care sector and take a strengths-based and family-centred approach to their work.  The team work alongside SDN therapists who support children within the preschool space enhancing practices and outcomes for children as well upskilling educators’ knowledge.  Employment typeCasual SalaryCompetitive above Award hourly rates on offerWho you are Certificate III or Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care Current Working with Children's Check (NSW) Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework Previous experience in an early childhood education setting Excellent communication and relationship building skills Flexibility, adaptability and a positive attitude What you'll do As a qualified educator, you will work as part of a team to provide high quality early childhood education and care to children and to support the implementation of an approved learning framework. You will develop and maintain nurturing relationships and communicate positively and openly with children on an ongoing basis, as well as promote and guide positive behaviour.
