With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining relationships with our members.
What you will be doing:
Hit the ground running with this customer service position. With our fully paid and structured training program you will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge. Then join a team who backs each other, in the kind of workplace people enjoy coming to.You will play a critical role helping people who value and appreciate your care, and our products and services. With lots of variety, every day this role will bring new experiences.
Permanent part-time role - commencing Monday, the 14th of September6-week fixed shift roster - Averaged across a 30 hours per week cycle - Monday to Friday including a balanced rotation of Saturday shifts.Fully paid & supported training program - 7 weeks, Monday to Friday (full-time on site)Drive sales - by focusing on members’ needs and providing immediate and effective solutions with our range of products and services.Champion personalised conversations – by providing exceptional service experiences that deliver on our brand promise.
