Our client is looking for a vibrant Junior Property Manager to join their thriving team in Frenchs Forrest! The ideal person for this role will have a proven track record of a strong work ethic and have the ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously. This role is ideal for someone hungry who is looking to lead and continue their growth within the property industry.

About the Role

• Aid in managing a clean portfolio of 240 alongside senior property manager
• Effectively manage Landlord and Tenant communication
• In-going, out-going and routine inspection process
• Relationship building with landlords
• Arrears management
• Manage all lease renewal negotiations

About You

To be considered for this role the ideal applicant will possess:

• Real estate experience preferred but not essential
• Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
• Current Real Estate Agent License or Certificate of Registration
• Knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act and relevant property legislation
• Current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong customer service focus
• A positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Local area knowledge
• Lead by example and provide direction to property managers
• Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
