We're hiring for a Barista in our Soho Coffee Shop in St Leonard's Hospital, Sydney

As a Barista, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

What being a Barista is all about:

• Preparing coffee orders in line with customer requests.
• Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well presented.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café.
• Handling both cash and card payments efficiently.
• You may be required to help with other general duties in the café

What our Stores would love to see:

• Strong Barista skills
• A passion for customers having an exceptional experience in store.
• Experience in food handling would be ideal.
• Motivated to achieve fantastic results and standards.
• Adaptable to meet company requirements and goals.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are ideally looking for team members with Monday - Friday availability from 8am to 4pm.
