We are looking for a driven, competitive, results-obsessed External Sales Rep who loves the chase, thrives on targets, and wants their effort rewarded 

If you live for pipeline building, closing deals, and smashing targets, this role will reignite your sales fire.

This role rewards your efforts with unlimited earning potential through generous base pay and a lucrative uncapped commission structure.

You'll own your territory and be responsible for driving growth by:

• Hunting and securing new business opportunities across the SA region
• Actively building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Turning cold and warm leads into long-term customers
• Becoming a trusted solutions partner to your clients
• Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
• Conducting regular customer site visits and strengthening relationships
• Preparing fast, accurate quotes and tailored hire solutions
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service

This is a full-time, field-focused role based out of our Wingfield branch, Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm.

We are searching for someone with energy, grit, and a genuine hunger for success - someone who sees opportunity where others see obstacles.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management
• A track record of winning new business and growing revenue
• Equipment hire, construction, or related industry experience (highly regarded)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• A results-driven, target-focused mindset
• High energy, resilience, and self-motivation
• Excellent time management and territory planning skills
• A current driver's licence
