Role: Assistant Site ManagerLocation: HopetounSalary: package of up to $115K incl. Super + Bonus + Allowance

This role contributes by:
Working alongside a team of Grain Handler undertaking grain handling activities to deliver a safe and effective service in the receival, storage and outload of grain via road and rail.Coordinating day-to-day workflow of the team and support to attract, select, train, and develop permanent and casual team membersDeveloping and maintaining relationships with growers, customers, local community groups and internal stakeholdersAssisting the Site Manager to implement and review site budget, participate in site financial planning, and to achieve site targets (e.g., $/tonne targets, road haulage rates, receival/outload KPIs)Supporting the resource planning for grain receival / outload activity during peak and off-peak periodsSupporting the planning and execution of scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, grain protection, safety and quality activities and related reportingSupervising a large seasonal workforce during our busy harvest intake periods, including at multiple sites.
