An excellent opportunity exists for Experienced Fibreglassers/Laminators to join Explore Industries. Explore Industries is a family-owned, dynamic, customer-focused manufacturing company based in Yatala on the Gold Coast. With offices on the Gold Coast and various locations within the USA we are one of the largest fibreglass pool manufacturers in the world exporting pools around the globe.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

An opportunity has arisen to join our manufacturing team based in Yatala offering above award pay rates and excellent incentives.

We are looking to fill Fibreglasser/Laminator positions in our Factory, assisting our production teams to manufacture fibreglass swimming pools.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in fibreglass application and/or laminating

• Any fibreglass work experience is acceptable for this role.

• Safety conscious.

• Ability to get to and from Yatala each day.

• Excellent work ethic, enthusiasm, reliability, and loyalty.

• Excellent communication skills and a team player.

• Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
