How You’ll Make It In Clayton

As part of our Plant C production team, you'll:

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment and production processes

• Manufacture high-quality paint and coatings products used across Australia

• Monitor production performance, quality standards and process controls

• Follow structured manufacturing, quality and safety procedures

• Respond to process variations and production issues

• Work closely with your team to achieve daily production targets

• Contribute ideas that improve safety, quality and productivity
