Internal Sales / All Rounder

About the role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and is looking to build a career in sales. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Counter, phone, and email customer service

• Processing orders and providing product support

• Building strong relationships with all customers

• Assisting in all aspects of the business

• Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders

• Checking goods against delivery documentation

• Receiving incoming stock and putting products away correctly

• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

• Some deliveries - License required

About you

• Confident communication and strong customer service skills

• Sales experience preferred but not essential

• Willingness to learn (full on-the-job training provided)

• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritise
