3PL Crew Member

About the role

Fulfilment Australia is seeking a 3PL Crew Member to join our dynamic warehousing and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Wetherill Park, NSW 2164. As a 3PL Crew Member, you will be a vital part of our third-party logistics operations, supporting the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods for our clients. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability, accuracy, and exceptional service in the warehousing and logistics sector.

What you'll be doing

1. Receiving, checking, and processing incoming goods and shipments with attention to detail and accuracy

2. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch according to client specifications and delivery requirements

3. Operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, safely and efficiently

4. Organising and maintaining inventory in the warehouse, ensuring stock is stored correctly and is easily accessible

5. Performing quality control checks to ensure products are in good condition and orders are accurate before shipment

6. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards

7. Assisting with stocktakes and inventory audits as required

8. Following warehouse management systems and using scanning technology to track and record inventory movements

9. Working collaboratively with other team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
   

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar logistics environment

2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling orders and inventory

3. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and operating equipment

4. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure

5. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

6. Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality\

7. Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a warehouse environment

8. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning technology is advantageous

9. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
