Administration Manager

Erskine Park (Sydney) is one of the busiest depots in the Lindsay Transport network — and we’re looking for a highly experienced Administration Manager to step in and lead from the front.

With a 300-strong workforce and 24/7 operations, reporting to the 2IC Depot Manager, you’ll oversee transport administration and lead a team of 12, driving performance and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

As part of Lindsay Transport, Australia’s largest fresh produce transporter, you’ll play a key role in moving critical, temperature-controlled freight where timing and accuracy matter most.

This is a full-time role with real pace, responsibility, and the chance to make your mark.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate the administration team

• Ensure adequate resourcing to meet operational demands

• Oversee manifesting and pricing to ensure accuracy and correct revenue capture

• Manage driver debrief processes

• Monitor pallet control and ensure timely processing of all transactions

• Train and support team members on systems and processes

• Set clear performance expectations and manage outcomes

• Lead from the front in a hands-on environment

• Partner with the Depot Manager to maximise site efficiency

• Ability to build strong relationships and lead a cohesive team

• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
