About the role
Description
Join us in transforming Australia's last-mile delivery network and revolutionizing on-road operations! Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance delivery quality, speed, and cost while creating exceptional experiences for both delivery associates and customers? This role offers you the opportunity to drive large-scale improvements across Amazon's AU AMZL network as part of the AU OTR ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) team.
As a Program Manager for the AU OTR ACES team, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that deploy technological solutions and establish new standards for delivery excellence. From analysing delivery process KPIs to implementing improvement mechanisms across the network, you'll work at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience to shape the future of last-mile delivery in Australia.
Key job responsibilities
Manage complex, cross-functional programs across the AU AMZL network to deliver technological solutions that enhance delivery quality, productivity, and customer experience Drive delivery network performance improvements by analyzing KPIs, identifying trends, and creating continuous improvement mechanisms across delivery stations Lead program life-cycles that establish standards for new tools and processes deployed throughout the AU operations network Partner with stakeholders across regions, including North America and Europe, to share best practices and adapt global solutions for Australian deployment Conduct cost simulations, pilot programs, and validation studies to support stakeholder negotiations and secure approval for process improvements and technology deployments
A day in the life
Your role involves building strong relationships and communication across regions to implement improvement initiatives and deploy new tools. You'll collaborate with Operations teams and leaders for process improvements, conduct cost simulations using available data to negotiate with stakeholders, and make plans for pilots that validate the effectiveness of process improvements or tool deployments.

Our team is committed to expanding and optimizing the AMZL network across Australia by continuously improving the quality, speed, and cost of our on-road delivery process. We work at the forefront of technological innovation in last-mile logistics, creating solutions that benefit both our delivery associates and end customers.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field 4+ years of program or project management experience Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) 4+ years of industry work experience
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certificate Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Master's degree
