About the role

Fix Auto Osborne Park is looking for a friendly part-time Admin to join our team in Osborne Park, WA. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers and clients in a warm and friendly manner

• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner

• Managing the front desk and reception area, including accepting deliveries and managing office supplies

• Providing administrative support to the wider team, such as filing, data entry and other clerical duties

• Maintaining a tidy and organised work environment

• Assisting with other tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers and clients.

• A friendly, professional and reliable attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Reliable

• Must be able to work Monday Wednesday Friday 8.00am-4.30pm
