Customer & admin support coordinator

About the role

DOCTOR SHAMMI is looking for a Customer & Admin Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves people, organisation and getting the details right. You'll help coordinate the day-to-day operations of our administration team who comprise 3 members.

Key responsibilities

• Booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments

• Processing sales and payments

• Rebooking clients and supporting client retention

• Responding to client enquiries across phone and email

• Returning missed calls promptly

• Providing general client support and information

• Sending medical certificates and other relevant documentation

• Responding to client concerns and complaints with warmth, professionalism and sound judgement

• Welcoming and assisting clients throughout their visit

• Maintaining retail displays and keeping shelves stocked

• Ensuring the clinic is clean, organised and presented to a high standard

• Managing the administration team rosters

• Coordinating three other administration team members

• Helping allocate daily priorities and responsibilities subject to clinic needs

• Monitoring workflow and ensuring important tasks are completed
