Make a real impact where it matters most – join the ICU, Women's and Perioperative Services as an Advanced Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health worker in the Maternity Unit. In your new role you will function within the multi-disciplinary team to promote and deliver efficient, effective, clinically relevant, culturally safe and appropriate patient outcomes.About us:
The Advanced Health Worker is a member of the Maternity Services Team and assists in the delivery of competent, quality care under the direction of the Clinical Midwife/ Nurse Unit Manager whilst assisting in the achievement of service goals in accordance with Queensland Health, Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service and unit directions.
