The People & Culture Lead is a highly collaborative, team-oriented role. This person will work closely with all levels of the organisation, from senior executives, to discipline leads, to the new-starter intern.
We're looking for someone who's focused on supporting individuals while delivering on our strategy. This person will be willing to stay in the detail and regularly engage in the execution of HR processes and support our training program. You will have an opportunity to utilise agents to improve the team member experience, while reducing your experience of administration.
We want to ensure people have a sense of belonging and achieve their career goals. This is a critical role in the next phase of Luminary's strategic growth plans.
