About the roleAs a Senior Product Manager at Manatal, you will drive the exploration and development of the greatest product experience for our customers. You will leverage qualitative and quantitative data to build new and enhance existing products for our customer base in over 130 countries. For this, you will own the development of new products from discovery over definition and implementation to launch and iteration, and take broader ownership over strategic product decisions and long-term product outcomes.Core ResponsibilitiesUse qualitative and quantitative insights to define customer problems, shape product strategy, and proactively drive key decisions.Lead major product initiatives end-to-end, leading cross-functional teams and independently steering complex work with minimal oversight.Own the full lifecycle of your feature areas, from problem discovery to iteration, and be accountable for their success metrics and outcomes.You haveFluency in English (written and verbal)3+ years of experience working in a Product Management role where you managed the full product lifecycle, with proven success owning larger or more complex product areasExperience working in a B2B SaaS product at a senior or advanced level of ownershipAbility to take independent ownership of cross-functional initiatives consisting of Engineering, QA, and Design, and lead them through ambiguity and trade-off decisionsOutstanding communication skills to keep everyone aligned on the core problem we are solving for the customer, and influence stakeholders across teamsStrong exposure to customers and the ability to independently discuss product challenges with customers via different channels (calls, email, etc.), and synthesize insights into strategic recommendationsEmpathy for customers to understand their problems and translate them into a Product strategy.Experience working with Jira and Jira Service Desk for internal team communicationStrong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance short-term needs and long-term product objectivesProven record of leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights for building new product initiatives, and driving measurable product outcomes at scaleNice to haveExperience working with Product Analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude) and Data Visualization tools (e.g. Mode, Tableau, Looker)Experience working with Hotjar and other product discovery or experimentation tools
