The Job:

As the Order Planner, you’ll get to:

• Manage the day-to-day release of set order run times across all order divisions.

• Control Order Planner administrative functions, including emails and liaison with Customer Service, Commercial, and DC Management.

• Manage and maintain the export process from order release through to dispatch.

• Ensure a high level of effective departmental planning.

• Support other functions within the administration team, including DC Support.

• Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the ANZ Operations team onsite at the Keysborough Distribution Centre.

About You:

• You have previous experience in a similar role.

• You have previous experience using a warehouse management system.

• You have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• You have the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• You are able to work unsupervised and manage your responsibilities independently.

• You are able to commit to the afternoon shift, working 2:00pm to 10:36pm.

• Experience supervising/managing staff would be highly advantageous.
