Your new role
Are you organised, customer-focused and enjoy helping people? Come and join an agency that is dedicated to helping consumers resolve their concerns and ensure that health services are safe and ethical.
We are looking for a Triage Officer to join our Complaints Resolution team. In this role, you will complete intake and triage tasks to ensure complaints are managed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
You will liaise with complainants and service providers over the phone, manage information within our case management system, and support the delivery of
high-quality complaint resolution services.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, applicants found suitable for this position may be considered for other ‘similar’ vacancies within the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office and/or the wider public sector. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
