The firm offers opportunities to work on diverse projects that address complex structural and remedial challenges.Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Parramatta, NSW, and is suited to intermediate and senior Structural / Remedial Engineers. The position involves undertaking structural assessments, diagnosing building defects, and designing remedial solutions for façades, waterproofing systems, and structural elements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing engineering reports, drawings, and specifications; reviewing existing documentation; and performing site inspections, investigations, and condition assessments. The engineer will liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants, provide technical guidance, and support project delivery from concept through to construction. Senior engineers will additionally mentor junior team members and contribute to project management and quality assurance processes.QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.Experience in structural analysis, design, and detailing for building and infrastructure projects.Proficiency in remedial engineering, including defect diagnosis, façade remediation, and waterproofing solutions.Ability to conduct thorough site inspections, condition assessments, and investigative testing.Strong skills in technical report writing, documentation, and preparation of engineering specifications.Familiarity with Australian building codes, standards, and construction practices.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.Demonstrated capacity to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver work to agreed deadlines and quality standards.
