Junior Administration Officer

Established in 1964, Bartons is a boutique Chartered Accounting and Wealth Advisory business that provides a fully integrated service across Business Advisory, Tax, Wealth Management, Risk Protection and Lending.

Due to planned growth in our Business Services Division, we are seeking a Junior Administration Officer looking to launch their career.

The role will focus on providing support to the accounting team as part of a positive close-knit division with a vibrant culture.

We have an innovative cloud-based software stack including Xero, BGL360, FYI Docs, CAS360 and FuseDocs/FuseSign.

The role will include:

• General administrative and reception support

• Assisting with the tax lodgement program

• Personal Assistant support to the Directors

• Assistance with internal projects

• Client tax finalisations and billing

Ideally the candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Great time management and personal organisation skills

• Experience in the Microsoft Office suite of products

The role is hands on – we seek an individual keen to be involved at the ground level, assisting the team with the day to day administrative tasks of the practice whilst also engaging in the broader issues and larger projects of the firm.
