We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing professionals for opportunities with established property businesses.

You will be responsible for managing commercial sales and leasing opportunities, building client relationships and driving new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing commercial sales and leasing campaigns
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Generating new business and listings
• Conducting inspections and appraisals
• Negotiating transactions and managing campaigns through to completion
• Providing market advice to clients
• Maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities

About You:
To be considered, you will have:

• Previous experience in commercial property sales and/or leasing
• A proven track record in the commercial property sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent client relationship and business development capabilities
• A proactive, professional and results-driven approach
• Strong knowledge of the local commercial property market

Prior experience in a commercial sales and leasing role is essential.
